I am Choon Wei from Team 2legit2quit. My partner, Xin Zhe, and I want to embark on a mission to build an intuitive smart calendar that could tackle the very problem with modern-day planner applications. Motivation and consistency. And we would like you to be our mentor as we believe your expertise and experience in software engineering and mobile app development could provide us the know-how and direction through the development stages of our application. Feel free to contact us if you would like to know more about our initiative.
We believe your experience with Android development and FinTech would be very applicable to our project and greatly augment its development. We seek to be able to leverage on product engineering skills to develop the core features and increase the capabilities of our product.
We are team Happy Cooking and we are interested in building a mobile application as a online platform for the cooking community. It provides features like search by selecting ingredients, uploading and sharing recipes, a page where users share photos or videos of the food done by following recipe, and maybe keeping track of the ingredients in the fridge.
Anything you'd like the mentor to know: Me and my partner Yang Yue really think this could solve a problem in our daily life and we are excited to see the product in use in real life. Both of us are NUS year 1 CS students and we do not have much experience nor the knowledge in the related area. We would like to gain more insight and learn more concept and content in the field by doing this project. We will do our best to obtain the skills needed on the way. As this project is most likely to implement user authentication and post - like - comment system which is just like social media, we sincerely hope that our project aligns with your interest and you would consider mentoring us.
